In some of our luxury packages we offer the option of Prosecco and nibbles. Prosecco can only be offered to individuals and groups of 18+ years of age. The nibbles are still available to all bookings of the luxury packages. Any allergies must be stated when purchasing the package, we cannot be held responsible for any problems if we were not informed before the appointment.
Our appointments are subject to availability, which require a deposit upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable once placed. You must ensure you have booked an appointment with us in advance and within your own schedule to avoid disappointment.
Due to the nature of our business we do not issue refunds or exchanges on your chosen dress. The dress will be inspected once you have selected it to ensure there are no faults and it meets your expectations. Therefore, once you have purchased the dress we can no longer be held responsible for it, this will be disclosed in your receipt.
We provide a service and therefore once we have dealt with your case we cannot issue refunds if you are unsatisfied. If you have a problem with our service, please let us know. We take all feedback very seriously and are consistently trying to better ourselves. We aim to go above and beyond for our clients and grow from feedback given.
We are a luxury business and would appreciate that when using our facilities you are respectful to our resources. If you come with a large group, we ask that you are respectful of other clients that are in the store at the time. If any problems occur we reserve the right to remove you from our premises.
If you require our freelance service, we will need to add travel expenses on top of your price, which will be discussed when enquiring. This is based on the distance you are from our location. If we have a freelance booking we are often required to close our facilities so be sure to make a formal appointment with us to ensure your issues can be dealt with.
Due to the different services we offer, we do not give a fixed price on our website. You must enquire with us to get a quote for your service prior to your appointment. These are non-negotiable. Our service is unique and very time consuming due to the amount of effort we put it into our clients, which is why some prices may be higher than others. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
