DreamDress is a company that offers a unique personal shopping service to those who are struggling to find the right dress for those unique luxurious occasions in life. Using our knowledge and experience, we can guide you towards finding a dress suitable for your event.

We have a luxury shop based in Cardiff, stocked with many magnificent dresses and multiple fitting rooms, with assistants willing to give you their opinions to help you. If you can't find what you're looking for in-store, we'll search for it online to ensure you are completely satisfied with the service that we've provided.

We offer many amazing services, including:

We are both in store and freelance, depending on the type of service you require. We are based in Cardiff, but can travel to all parts of the UK, so that everyone can enlist the help of our experienced team. If you are interested in our freelance service, please note that travel expenses are added to the final price. This is arranged when you make a booking with us, and is also stated in our Terms & Conditions.

We have a contact form available to users which automatically sends us an email with your enquiry. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours. You can also contact us by telephone. We are available from Monday to Saturday, while our store is open, but the schedule may vary depending on holidays.

The luxury individual package offers our full services to one person. This can include as many services as you require, plus many more perks, such as Prosecco and nibbles, hair and make up arrangements, discounts, and a lot more. Note that our Terms & Conditions apply in these cases.

The luxury group package offers bigger groups, such as bridal parties, a luxurious experience in seeking out their perfect dresses. We offer Prosecco and nibbles to group bookings, so you feel relaxed and enjoy your shopping more. We can also open the store for your group exclusively for a more private experience if you include the "Just for you" experience.

"Just for you" is for groups who want a more private, sentimental experience with us. This involves us opening our store to only you and your group for a one-hour time slot. This can be used alongside the luxury package to give you and your group an exceptional experience. This is subject to availability, and to ensure you get the spot you desire, we advise that you book this at least one month prior to the date that you would like.
