The INDIVIDUAL SERVICES: An individual can choose from our range of services to help them find their special dress, suited to their occasion. You can choose from one or many of our services, depending on your wishes and ideas. We offer:

- Personalized treatment. This helps us understand what you are looking for or give you an idea of what you should look for. We take into consideration different styles, lengths and colours based on your look and personality.
- Dresses that fit the specification of your consultation in our store and free use of our spacious changing rooms and luxury store, with multiple choices of accessories to match your dress.
- Luxury individual experience packages, which include all of our services plus hair and make-up at your final fitting, Prosecco and nibbles at our store, our complete and undivided attention and preferential treatment for your order.

If you don't see anything you like in our shop, we are more than happy to show you other choices online, and give you advice and guidance on what we think could fit you. Plus, your order comes with many perks. Discounts, exclusive package options, and many more. Ask us about the ongoing promotions!

Group Services

The GROUP SERVICES: for groups of people looking for more than just one perfect dress. This is suitable for friendship groups, bridal parties and other groups who are seeking out fancy gowns for special events. This is available to groups of people between 2-10, subject to availability. All group bookings require a time slot due to us having to dedicate more than one assistant to you. For groups larger than 5 we can only take one booking per time slot, we apologise for any inconvenience caused in advance. For groups, we offer:

- Group Consultations. This helps give an idea of what the group is looking for and what each of them desire (style, season, colour, looks, etc).
- Free access to our luxury store and all of our changing rooms, with a select number of dresses for you and your group to try on.
- Just for you experience. For customers who come in large groups we offer a one hour time slot with the option to open our store for your appointment only. This allows you and your group to have a private experience together to make it extra special.
- Luxury group package. It includes the full package with many other perks to help you and your group have the best time choosing those glamorous gowns, this includes Prosecco, nibble, a hair and make-up team for your group and much more!
