Kiln Firings

Kiln firing costs vary with the size and shape of the pieces to be fired. The below prices are the base rate which will cover up to 3 moderately sized items. (cups, small bowls, etc)

  • £15 – technician fee per firing
  • £20 – electric kiln per firing
For larger volumes of work, our gas-fired kiln has a much larger capacity
  • £15 – technician fee per firing
  • £30 – Gas kiln per shelf

Transmit Ceramics has extensive experience producing bespoke workshops for charities, non-profits and community-led organisations. We can deliver unique and exciting ceramics workshops whatever your requirements. Workshops can be delivered in our studio, within your own premises, or at one-off or outdoor events.
