Egyptians were very intresting in there own ways. There are losts of differences and simmerlarities beetween them and us. For instance there hieracy was VERY different to ours!

EGYPTIAN FACTS:

* Most Egyptian Pyramids Were Built Especially for pharohs!

* Cats were considered a sacred animal to Ancient Egyptians Most Families kept opne to bring good luck!

*Both Egyptian men and women wore make-up. The eye-paint was usually green (made from copper) or black (made from lead). As well as offering protection from the sun, the Egyptians believed make-up had magical healing powers, too!

TUTUNKAHMUN!!!!

Tutunkahmun was a 9 year old King! He Ruled over Egypt for 10 years and married a 13 year old girl called Ankhesenamun but sadly, in 1323 BC he died. Skipping forward to November 1922 when Howard Carter made a discovery, King Tut's Tomb buried in the sand! And thats how King Tutunkahmun became the most FAMOUS PHAROH in all of the land

Cleopatra

Cleopatra is a very famous Pharoh. Her lover was the famous Roman Ruler, Julius Caesar. He had protected her from a roman invasion- But he was then MURDERED!!! Anyway Cleo had to choose a new Boyfreind
