1. Instructions:
-On the menu screen, use the arrow keys to select the game you want to play. Press the "Enter" key to begin that game.

-In the game, your mouse cursor temporarily becomes a crosshair. Get the middle of the crosshair over the flying spaceships then left click to fire. Every time you fire you lose one bullet.

*Game A: You have 80 bullets per round. When you have fired all your bullets, you will proceed to the next round. There are ten rounds in all. You have 7 seconds to shoot down each ship. Each ship you shoot down adds 100 points to your score. Make sure the crosshair is centered over the ship for an accurate shot. When the ship is shot down, it will explode. There are ten ships to destroy each round. The current ship you are going after will be an icon highlighted in black. If you cannot destroy a ship in 7 seconds, it will get away and you will move to the next ship. Any ships icons in white after your current ship icon are ones you missed. Any ship icon in red means you shot down that ship. At the end of round 10, if you have no cheats activated, and your score is higher than the previously listed Top Score, you obviously have set the new Top Score.

*Game B: You have 100 bullets per round. When you have fired all your bullets you will proceed to the next round. There are ten rounds in all. You have 10 seconds to shoot down the two ships on the screen. Each ship you shoot down adds 100 points to your score. Make sure the crosshair is centered over the ship for an accurate shot. When the ship is shot down, it will explode. There are ten ships to destroy each round. The current ships you are going after will be icons highlighted in gray. If you cannot destroy both ships in 10 seconds, the remaining ships will get away and you will move to the next two ships. Any ships icons highlighted in black after your current ship icon are ones you missed. Any ship icon in red means you shot down that ship. At the end of round 10, if you have no cheats activated, and your score is higher than the previously listed Top Score, you obviously have set the new Top Score.

*Game C: This is a practice round. You have one minute to shoot the flying cow as many times as you can. There is no ammo limit. The cow's speed and direction changes often for varied game practice. At the end of 60 seconds if you have shot the cow more times than the listed Top Score, you just set the new Top Score.

2. Cheats:
There are 6 different cheats in this game. To get the passwords for a cheat, play through either Game A or Game B completely. You will get a random password each time. Once you enter the password the game remembers it and you never have to enter it again. You just have to access the cheat menu and check which cheat you want activated.

*Player 2 = Second Hunter: This cheat only works in Game B. It creates a second blue crosshair which someone can control by moving with the arrow keys and firing over ships using the "Ctrl" key. You share your bullets with the second hunter.
*Unlimited Ammo: This cheat works in both Games A & B. It gives you unlimited ammo. Every time you or the second hunter fires you will not lose any bullets.
*Instant Kills: This cheat works in Games A & B. If you right click once with the mouse anywhere on the playing field one of the ships on the screen will instantly be destroyed. This subtracts one bullet from your ammo count.
*Double Point Value: This cheat works in Games A & B. Every time a ship is destroyed, you get an extra 100 points added to your score meaning each ship is worth 200 points.
*Many Explosions: This cheat works in Games A & B. Every time a ship is destroyed there will be an extra fiery explosion instantly.
*Change Pictures: In Games A & B, this cheat changes the ship into the face of a South Park character. In Game C, it turns the whole level into a movie of a clip from a South Park episode. Just click the screen or press "Space Bar" to leave the movie.

-If you have any cheats activated except Many Explosions, your high score will not be recorded at the end of the tenth round on both Games A and B.

3. About the game:
This game was long overdue to be released. Its official release date was October 31, 2001 (Halloween). This game was originally planned to be released for a virtual game system on the PC but that project was canceled. This game was programmed with Click Team's Multimedia Fusion. It was inspired by Nintendo's Duck Hunt on the Nintendo Entertainment System. You will notice that the Duck Hunt music intros are present.

Don't mess around with the files in the "ahdata" folder. These files are critical for the game to run properly. The installer installs it properly to begin with so there is no need to change anything else. There are two short MP3 clips (about 30 and 60 seconds each) and one QuickTime movie clip about 35 seconds long. I don't think you need QuickTime or an MP3 player to make these work in the game, but if you do you can get QuickTime from: http://www.quicktime.com

There are a few minor bugs in the game. Sometimes the crosshair does not go away after you finish playing a game. If you close down the game completely it will go away. Even if you don't, the crosshair is only present in the game, and will not affect the way your mouse looks in the rest of your O/S.

Sometimes you think you clicked a ship but it didn't get destroyed. Since the crosshair becomes your cursor, it uses a 1x1 pixel called a "hot spot." The hot spot on this cursor is right in the center. That's why you need the crosshair center to be over the ship and you need to click your mouse quickly.

Occasionally, if you have the "Change Pictures" cheat activated, the ship will leave the playing field and disappear. At the end of the 7 seconds the ship will be destroyed and you can continue your game. There is no way to get this ship back. This bug shouldn't happen often so it shouldn't be a problem.

And just for fun, try shooting some of the moving background objects ;)
