A trip to Glen Affric (1981)

On Thursday, June 25, Dave, Joyce, Richard and I drove up to Loch Lochy YH for the night. Next day, we crossed Carn Ghluasaid, Sgurr nan Conbhairean and Tigh Mor na Seilge on way in to Glen Affric YH. On the Saturday, we climbed Sgurr nan Ceathreamhnan and Creag a'Choire Aird. On Sunday, we went over Ciste Dubh on the way out. Which picture is which hill I do not remember.

A trip to Knoydart (1981)

On Thursday, July 16, Dave, Joyce, Richard and I drove up to Glencoe YH for the night. Next day, we travelled on to Mallaig, took Bruce Watt's ferry into Inverie and camped by a lochan (which rose alarmingly on Sunday night). On Saturday, Ladhar Bheinn and on Sunday, Luinne Bheinn. Back to Dalkeith on Monday.

Ben Lawers (maybe) 1981

Sometime between mid-July and the end of August, a trip up Ben Lawers by the Lawers Burn rather then the more common route from the NTS Visitor Centre. I don't know who else was present, or if we went over Meall Greigh.
