The Family of William Carroll & Ann Loudon, c1859

I have no proof that this is the family of Sarah Carroll who married Patrick Reynolds in Carfin in 1876. However, the names of the parents match hers, she was 20 in 1881, and two children here, Annie and James, were born in Shotts about the time of Sarah's marriage.

1860 Sarah Carel was born at 8h45m a.m. on Sunday, October 7 at 15 Main Street, Rutherglen to William Carel, Coal Miner and Ann Carel m.s. Loudon. Her birth was registered No.276 at Rutherglen on the following day by William "his X mark" Carel, Father, Present.

1876 On Thursday, August 17, Sarah married Patrick Reynolds at Carfin. [See Section RS-6-3 for further information.]
