Long Live Southbank is a grassroots not-for-profit which amassed 150,000 members, aiming for the best possible future for the Southbank Undercroft.
LLSB and Southbank Centre have put in a lot of work collaboratively to help secure the necessary planning permissions for this project. We are now in a position where the final hurdle is simply to raise the money.
And that is where we are calling out for your help.
There are countless reasons to support this project, hugely important for the local community of skateboarders and creatives worldwide.
It will be a better space for female skaters, it will bring more young people into creative activities and further increase the really positive internationalism of skateboarding at Southbank. A further boost to the community, magnifying the heritage of the space and generating a huge statement about creative possibilities in the heart of London: the benefits go on and on. Now is our chance to come together and make it happen!
