EB74SC279 QUAD RS LATCH

Here's a chance to practise building some flip-flops. This chip contains four RS latches with active-low inputs. Only one output from each latch is brought to the outside of the chip.

There are a couple of pins left over, so they're used as extra "set" inputs on two of the latches. These latches can be set by taking either of their two set inputs low.
