EB74SC75 QUAD TRANSPARENT LATCH

A "transparent" latch has two inputs, Data and Enable. When the Enable input is high, the outputs follow the Data input. When Enable goes low, the output is frozen and retains its previous state.

This chip contains two pairs of latches, each pair having a common Enable input.

Note that the power pins are in weird places on this one. Don't ask me why. The monk must have woken up with a headache that morning.
