EB74SC02 QUAD 2-INPUT NOR GATE

A NOR gate is, in a sense, the opposite of a NAND gate. The output is high only when all the inputs are low. If any of the inputs are high, the output is low.

Don't ask me why the gates all point the other way in this one. The pinouts for the 74 series were all decided by a reclusive monk during the middle ages, and we just have to follow them.
