EB74SC00 QUAD 2-INPUT NAND GATE
Unfortunately, our chief training engineer is currently recuperating in
Elbonia General Hospital after slipping in the mud outside the front
door, so we won't be able to bring you the lesson scheduled for today.
However, you should be able to complete the next few tasks using what
you already know plus a bit of logical thinking. There are also some
Wikipedia articles that you may find helpful.
NAND Gates
The output of a NAND gate goes low when all of its inputs are high. If any input is low, the output is high.
Editing Facilites
Just
in case you haven't already discovered this, you can use the Selection
tool to select an area of the chip and drag it to a new position, or
Alt/Option-drag to create a copy of it. The Edit menu commands can also
be used to cut, copy and paste selections.
Note that a newly
dragged or pasted selection "floats" over the chip until you drop it
into place by clicking outside it or pressing the Return or Enter key.
