HealthTech Predictions 2019

It's that time of year when everyone's making predictions about what's going to happen in the next 12 months. Here are just three to look out for:
  1. Healthcare providers will invest heavily in AI solutions, for example to make sense of the vast amounts of new individual patient data, and so predict population disease at an early stage.
  2. IoT is expected to make big inroads with a wide range of uses, such as remote monitoring of outpatients by using wearable or ingestible sensors and devices.
  3. Digital infrastructure. Healthcare services still rely heavily on paper-based processes. The development of interoperative standards will bring vast efficiencies.
We are writing to you because we consider you a valuable member of the global health tech community.
