1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting
Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents the net invoiced sale of consultancy services except in regard to service contracts where there is a right to
consideration. The company operates the flat rate VAT scheme and adjustment is made to turnover to reflect this.
