This Specific weight management mobile application (“App”) is operated by Dechra Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 4513124, whose registered office is at Snaygill Industrial Estate, Keighley Road, Skipton, CW9 7UA, UK (“Dechra”). For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (as it applies in the United Kingdom) ("GDPR"), the data controller, in relation to any personal data processed via this App, is Dechra Limited.

Transfer of data to third parties

We may share personal data with other members in the Dechra group as part of our regular reporting activities on company performance and also in order to manage the App and undertake related business services. When appropriate, we will anonymise personal data when used for reviewing and reporting activities.

We will only transfer your personal data outside the Dechra group where there is a lawful ground to do so, and in accordance with data protection legislation. For example, the external service provider that hosts the App will have some access to data and, should you choose to link your account to your vet, your vet will be able to see data relating to your pet’s progress via the Dechra vet portal.

If a particular disclosure is required to meet a legal obligation (for example to a government agency or police force/security service) or in connection with legal proceedings, we may provide your personal data so long as the disclosure is limited to that which is legally required.
