Dear Castle Tri fans,

Happy New Year and welcome to the first newsletter of 2018!

It promises to be a fun filled year as we celebrate ten years of the Series and the 10th Anniversary of our Hever Castle Triathlon. With plenty of birthday treats for our triathletes, new partners including 2XU and Yellow Jersey, and the launch of our Castle Run Series and Castle Swim Series, 2018 will offers competitors our most diverse range of races yet, and fulfils our aspiration of offering multi-sport festivals.

For those of you heading to the National Running Show this weekend please come and say hello as we promote the Castle Run Series, new stunning off-road half-marathons at each of our iconic castles, and offer a special show price. You can read more about the Castle Run Series here.

This bumper running focused newsletter brings you everything you need to help your running, prepare for a half marathon, or achieve that PB in 2018.

Happy Training! I’m there with you; I plan to run 25 miles tomorrow in preparation for the Brecon to Cardiff Ultra (70K) taking place on Sunday 11th February.

Best Wishes

Brian Adcock
